EOC Capital and the owners of NS Intressenter have acquired Designonline. The owners of NS Intressenter are Nicklas Storåkers, previously CEO of Avanza Bank, Karl-Johan Persson, CEO of H&M Hennes & Mauritz, and family-controlled investment company Nordstjernan AB.
Designonline www.designonline.se is a high-growth, and profitable e-commerce business in design and home furnishing with sales to over 70 countries and revenues of $18m expected for 2015.
